Mobile ID Verification Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and technology-driven Project Manager to lead projects focused on the deployment, integration, and adoption of mobile driver's licenses (mDLs), digital IDs, and physical ID verification systems into our VeriScan, ParseLink, and DIVE products.
The ideal candidate has experience working with identity verification technologies, compliance standards, digital wallets, mobile acceptance solutions, and hardware/software deployment for physical ID and passport scanning. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, enterprise customers, and government or regulatory stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption of mobile IDs across both physical and digital environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee projects that enable mobile driver's license (mDL) and digital ID acceptance for both in-person (VeriScan, ParseLink) and online transactions (DIVE).
Support deployment of solutions that authenticate both physical IDs (driver's licenses, passports, national IDs) and digital identities (mobile IDs, eIDs, and wallet-based credentials).
Maintain strong knowledge of the industry and regulatory landscape as it relates to mDLs and digital IDs including jurisdictional level rollouts, compatible technology (hardware and software), technology standards, and key players
Monitor industry trends in digital identity, biometric authentication, NFC and QR code verification, and mobile ID adoption.
Ensure seamless integration of physical ID scanners, mobile devices, and verification software across retail, hospitality, government, and transportation industries.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for mobile ID verification initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, deployment, testing and ongoing support.
Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, state agencies, and regulatory bodies during mobile ID acceptance and verification projects.
Ensure solutions align with privacy regulations, security frameworks, and identity verification compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS, KYC, AML).
Conduct training and workshops for clients and partners on mobile ID acceptance workflows, security protocols, and verification equipment.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or related field (PMP certification preferred).
5+ years of project management experience in identity verification, fintech, cybersecurity, or government technology.
Strong knowledge of mobile ID verification, physical ID scanning solutions, and digital credential acceptance.
Familiarity with ISO and , and other standards such as AAMVA, ICAO, FIDO, etc.
Experience managing hardware/software integrations involving mobile devices, ID scanners, kiosks, and digital wallet applications.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on risk management, compliance, and data security.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
