We are seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills to assist our diverse customer base. This role involves providing exceptional service and support to customers through various channels.

Duties:

  • Conduct meetings for follow-ups and customer satisfaction surveys

  • Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolutions, also reducing business overhead

  • Perform data entry to update customer records accurately

  • Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services

  • Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred

  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40, $50,000.00 per year
