We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person

* Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner

* Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

* Document customer interactions and maintain records in the system

* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

* Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction

* Meet performance goals related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

* Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all customer interactions

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)

* Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

* Strong work ethic and customer-first mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $36, $71,800.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
