Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sketcher to oversee residential and commercial HVAC projects. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of HVAC or MEP sketching / project-management experience, strong organizational skills, and working knowledge of industry software and codes. This position offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and exposure to a wide range of projects. This Hybrid/ Mostly Remote role involves reviewing shop drawings and field conditions and coordinating with in-house team & Client.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review HVAC shop drawings and coordinate closely with in-house sketchers to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Oversee project schedules and quality control
  • Assist other team members, project managers, and estimators to maintain smooth project communication and coordination.
  • Provide oversight and ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
  • Visit site as needed to check field condition, take measurements / scan the place (majority of work can be done remotely).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of prior experience as a Sketcher in Building HVAC or MEP projects.
  • Language Knowledge - Hindi Speaking (Highly Preferred)
  • Experience reviewing sheet metal and hydronic shop drawings.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency & working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Revit.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid/remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously.
