Duties

  • Install hardwood flooring using precise techniques, including subfloor preparation, acclimation, and finishing to ensure long-lasting results
  • Perform floor repairs, sanding, buffing, and refinishing to restore damaged or worn floors to their original beauty
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols on construction sites

Skills

  • Extensive experience with flooring installation, repair, and restoration techniques
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and flooring-specific equipment
  • Ability to perform construction site work confidently while adhering to safety standards
