Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
  • Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints efficiently to maximize satisfaction.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when required, demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service processes, and enhance overall client experiences.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
  • Managing delivery times and dates for customers and working along side the warehouse team members to ensure deliveries go out in a timely manner.

Skills

  • Previous Customer Service Experience
  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse client base effectively.
  • Strong sales aptitude to identify opportunities for additional support or product recommendations.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and other languages enhances communication with a broader audience.
  • Exceptional customer support skills combined with excellent communication skills across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy for efficient data management.
  • Experience with call center operations, outbound calling, and handling high-volume inquiries is preferred.
  • Strong analysis skills to assess customer issues quickly and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Basic cash handling experience along with accurate typing skills for swift data entry.
