Job Description

Boutique Landscape Design, Installation, and Maintenance Company, located on Fort Worth's west side off Camp Bowie, is seeking experienced Crew Leaders with a strong background in planting and landscape installations. While routine maintenance experience is a plus, our priority is finding professionals who understand proper plant installation, grading, irrigation coordination, and detail-oriented landscape construction.

We are a family-owned business serving upscale residential clients in some of the city's finest neighborhoods for over 35 years. As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated, fast-learning leaders who can represent our company with professionalism and pride in the field.

Crew Leaders are the face of our company on job sites and must be organized, resourceful, and able to follow plans and instructions precisely. We provide in-house training on our standards, systems, and processes, and all training time is paid.

General Skills and Traits

Landscape Installation Experience – Proven knowledge of planting techniques, soil prep, grading, layout, and installation best practices. Maintenance experience is a plus, but not the primary focus.

Tech Savvy – Comfortable using an iPhone and learning job-related apps for scheduling, time tracking, material management, and reporting to the office.

Detail-Oriented – Able to consistently deliver high-quality work for discerning clients who expect precision and care.

Fast Learner – Enjoys developing new skills and taking on technical challenges.

Enjoys Working Outdoors – Comfortable with physical work, hands-on tasks, and working with plants and hardscape materials.

Professional – Courteous, respectful, well-presented, and able to communicate clearly with clients and teammates.

Leadership Mindset – Sets the standard, leads by example, and takes responsibility for crew performance and jobsite quality.

Specific Requirements

Valid Driver's License is a MUST

Able to read and write (Spanish or English)

Reliable

Able to lift 40 pounds

Ability to learn new things

Salary is $20/hour.
