Custom Apparel Sales Representative – Screen Printing & Embroidery

Southwest Florida | B2B Sales | $1M+ Account Potential

We are a custom apparel company in Southwest Florida specializing in screen printing, embroidery, and branded merchandise. We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to develop, manage, and grow a book of business exceeding $1,000,000 in annual revenue.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional with proven experience in custom t-shirt sales, embroidery, and promotional apparel.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new B2B accounts
  • Manage and grow repeat customer relationships
  • Accurately quote screen printing and embroidery jobs
  • Coordinate artwork approvals, production timelines, and delivery
  • Upsell uniforms, hats, branded apparel, and bulk programs
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline capable of $1M+ in annual sales

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in custom apparel, screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products
  • Strong understanding of apparel pricing, margins, and production processes
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and professional

Compensation & Benefits

  • Commission-based or hybrid (base + commission) compensation

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday (flexible sales schedule)

Pay: $44, $150,000.00 per year
