We're seeking a motivated and experienced Site Quality Lead to take ownership of our site-wide Quality Management System (QMS) and drive continuous improvement across all operations. This leader will ensure our products and processes consistently meet — and exceed — both internal and customer standards, while fostering a culture of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Salary: $115K–$135K (based on experience)

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a compliant QMS aligned with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and related standards.

  • Oversee internal, customer, and regulatory audits; ensure timely follow-up and corrective actions.

  • Track and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and execute improvement initiatives (CAPA).

  • Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other analytical tools to monitor process performance.

  • Ensure robust quality control procedures are maintained throughout all manufacturing phases.

  • Manage equipment calibration programs and documentation.

  • Partner cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve product or process quality issues.

  • Lead and mentor a team of inspectors, engineers, and analysts, promoting a high-performance culture.

  • Drive supplier quality management, including supplier audits and performance monitoring.

  • Deliver training programs on quality systems, standards, and best practices.

  • Present quality performance reports and strategic improvement plans to site leadership.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline.

  • 5+ years of progressive quality management experience within chemical manufacturing or coatings industries.

  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.

  • In-depth understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Six Sigma, and Lean principles.

  • Skilled in FMEA, SPC, A3, and Root Cause Analysis.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency with ERP/QMS systems (Oracle or SAP preferred).

  • Certifications: CQE, CQA, and/or Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt strongly preferred.
