Our growth advisory consulting team partners with enterprise and high-growth companies to improve media efficiency, conversion performance, and total marketing ROI. We combine deep platform expertise, data-driven decision-making, and rigorous experimentation to identify inefficiencies, scale what works, and drive measurable business results.

The Role
We're hiring a
Growth & Digital Marketing Associate
to join our consulting team and help enterprise DTC brands unlock sustainable, efficient growth.
This is a client-facing role, and you'll serve as a
strategic and executional leader
— analyzing performance data, identifying opportunities, optimizing campaigns, translating data and metrics into recommendations and guiding senior client teams toward stronger ROI and revenue outcomes.
This role blends
hands-on media management
with
strategic consulting
, perfect for someone who understands both how to run great campaigns and how to communicate impact to executives.
What You'll Do
- Audit, build, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing programs across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Design and manage paid media strategies that improve ROAS, CPA, and MER while maintaining healthy spend scaling.
- Develop and implement testing roadmaps — from creative and messaging tests to landing page experiments.
- Identify inefficiencies across the full marketing funnel and recommend data-backed improvements.
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights and present clear, executive-level recommendations.
- Partner with client creative, eCommerce, and finance teams to align media performance with business goals.
- Produce and deliver detailed weekly and monthly reports summarizing learnings, performance trends, and next steps.

- Marketing Mix Modeling concepts (MMM, lag, ad stock, diminishing returns)
Creative, CRO & Experimentation
- Ad creative iteration and thumbnail/copy testing
- Landing page and funnel optimization
- Familiarity with tools like Motion, Triple Whale, or Northbeam
Data & Collaboration
- Advanced Google Sheets / Excel (pivot tables, visualizations, and trend analysis)
- Slack, Asana, or Notion for collaboration
- Clear written communication and presentation skills
What You Bring
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns and driving measurable growth (DTC or ecommerce preferred).
- Deep knowledge of Meta and Google Ads platforms, including creative and bidding strategies.
- Experience consulting on or managing performance strategy for large or enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders across marketing, eCommerce, and finance.
- A test-and-learn mentality with curiosity for continuous improvement.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with incrementality or MMM tools (Haus, Measured, etc.).
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and CRO tools.
- Understanding of LTV:CAC modeling and cohort-based performance analysis.
- Prior consulting or agency-side experience with enterprise or multi-brand portfolios.
