What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our residential properties and ensuring residents are safe and satisfied. In this role, you'll:
- Perform day-to-day maintenance services on residential properties, conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Complete minor repairs including carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical tasks
- Coordinate with contractors and residents on larger repair projects
- Maintain accurate service logs and job documentation using property management software
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation
- Experience in general maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Self-starter with reliability and strong time-management
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
- Physical ability to climb ladders (up to 24 ft), lift 50+ lbs, and work in varied conditions
