About The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Specialist, Factory Order. In this role, you will ensure the accurate, efficient, and compliant entry of vehicle orders within internal and manufacturer systems. The position requires critical thinking and strong attention to detail to validate complex order data, identify discrepancies, and proactively resolve issues. You'll act as a subject matter expert supporting fleet clients and collaborating across teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
What You'll Do
- Accurately enter vehicle orders in Element systems and manufacturer portals according to established SOPs.
- Review order configurations, specifications, and pricing to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Process and validate bulk order spreadsheets in alignment with client and manufacturer requirements.
- Monitor orders for missing information or errors, coordinating follow-up and correction as needed.
- Conduct regular audits of vehicle order data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and facilitate order accuracy.
- Support client onboarding, system enhancement, and special project initiatives.
- Develop and update process documentation and training materials related to ordering procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability and client experience.
Basic Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in data management, automotive operations, or fleet management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel ( formulae, v look up, pivot tables0 and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the country of hire without sponsorship.
- Demonstrates accountability, initiative, and commitment to quality improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: College/University degree preferred.
- Experience with OEM systems, vehicle ordering, or configuration management.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/French) considered an asset.
- Effective communicator with proven collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
Location

The hiring base salary range for this position is
$61,000 - $71,000 annually
. Actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
