Experienced Bartender- The Sounder

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced bartenders to help kick-off a fast-paced food service environment at Wilmington's newest restaurant- The Sounder. The Sounder will be large a coastal-inspired restaurant that plans to open in the winter of 2025, where the vibrant energy of the coast meets a sophisticated, yet comfortable dining and cocktail experience.

Requirements:

-Experience serving at a high volume establishment;

· Ability to problem-solve during busy situations and provide solutions;

· Knowledge and implementation of sanitation and food-safety handling and ABC rules and procedures;

-Desire to work with a team to create an excellent customer experience; and

· Availability for nights, weekends and some holidays

Physical Requirements:

· Constant standing/walking

· Occasional stooping, kneeling or crawling

· Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.

· Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps

Wages/ Benefits:

  • Hourly plus tips
