ACM (Alpine Construction Management) is a local veteran-owned commercial general contractor. We are looking for an Estimator to join our growing team of experts, industry veterans, and all-around good people. This is an in-person position in our Idaho Falls office. Responsibilities would include pre-bid site visits, takeoffs, subcontractor bid and vendor pricing coordination, estimate preparation, estimate submission/delivery, subcontractor and vendor relationships, and more.

This position requires someone who is organized, is an excellent written and verbal communicator, and has strong computer skills. The ideal candidate would have experience with commercial construction, commercial construction estimating, vendor relationships and negotiations, construction management software, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, etc. We are also looking for people who appreciate the good-natured camaraderie and flexibility of a smaller office, and also enjoy working proactively and individually.
