Your Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage inbound/outbound customer service-related calls.
  • Engage customers to identify needs and provide information on Rocket's products and services.
  • Schedule inspections and quality control visits for sales inspectors and technicians.
  • Collect payments and resolve billing issues, applying credits/adjustments when appropriate.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in PestPac.
  • Support digital communication channels, including responding to customers via text or email.
  • Assist Inside Sales team during peak call times.
  • Create call-back service accounts and maintain current customer accounts.
  • Enter lead information into PestPac and schedule appointments.
  • Build strong relationships with branch teams and service professionals.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and monthly development goals.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Our Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Must pass a seven-year criminal background check.
