Description:

  • Serve as SME for PING Identity and IBM ISAM platforms, providing operational support, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and maintain IAM infrastructure including policy updates, federation, SSO, and access control mechanisms.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and logs to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with application teams to onboard new apps and services into IAM platforms.
  • Manage ISAM components including WebSEAL, AAC, Federation, and Reverse Proxy.
  • Monitor and maintain ISAM infrastructure for performance, availability, and security compliance.
  • Implement and maintain automation scripts for operations and reporting.
  • Support upgrades, patching, and integration of PING ISAM tools with other enterprise systems.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Document operational procedures, configurations, and incident resolutions.
  • Deliver operational support, including incident management, Problem management, Change Management, Disaster Recovery Support, ETE support, troubleshooting, and escalation for WSE-related functions. Fulfill the agreed SLAs for Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, JIRA Stories, and tasks that are assigned. Environments Supported - Dev, QA, PSE PROD.
