About the team:

We're a data-driven, results-oriented Finance team that partners with business leaders to influence decisions and drive outcomes delivering shareholder value—while helping customers save money and live better. This role is a critical thought partner, working cross-functionally to analyze, shape, and transform the Marketplace business. You'll lead forecasting, closing, and performance storytelling efforts that provide actionable insights and guide executive decisions to accelerate Marketplace growth

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business forecast, close, and decision-making for the Marketplace and broader eCommerce business.
• Use digital tools and data to generate business insights and support ongoing projects.
• Build and maintain relationships across teams to improve communication and align on key initiatives.
• Support the execution of company strategies, deliver results, and contribute to team development.
• Assist the business in making efficient decisions by analyzing costs and benefits.
• Prepare financial support and business cases for important projects and initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $80, $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
