Brian Communications is a strategic communications agency, led by Brian Tierney, with expertise in strategic counsel and planning, branding and advertising, public relations and crisis communications. As one of the fastest-growing communications firms in the region with headquarters in Center City Philadelphia, we are currently seeking a Designer to join our growing team. This role is a full-time opportunity with a hybrid (WFH/Office) schedule – Center City office.

The Role

As a Designer at Brian Communications, you'll play an essential role in our creative team helping bring campaigns and brands to life across digital, social, and traditional channels. You'll work closely with the Art Director and Creative Director to translate strategy into thoughtful, visually compelling work that supports both our clients and our agency's own brand initiatives.

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, eager to grow and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to completion. As a member of Team Brian you'll work on creative solutions under the direction of our Creative Director with additional mentorship from our Art Director.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and produce high-quality design assets across print, digital, and social.Apply and evolve brand systems.Support internal marketing materials and new business presentations.Prepare final production files and manage vendor deliverables.Partner with Art Director, Creative Director, and Project Manager to meet project timelines.Participate in brainstorms and client reviews.Communicate proactively on project progress and challenges.Stay current on design trends, platforms, and tools.Mentor interns or junior team members when applicable.Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

2-4  years of design experience (agency preferred).Bachelor's degree in design or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).Experience with PowerPoint, HubSpot, or motion graphics is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)Familiarity with Figma preferredStrong portfolio demonstrating versatility across brand, digital and socialWorking knowledge of production requirements for both print and digital mediaExcellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
