CNC Maintenance Technician

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A CNC MACHINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN. MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, AND TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF CNC MACHINERY. MUST BE ABLE TO DIAGNOSE AND REPAIR WITHOUT SUPPORT.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine/daily maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and equipment.

- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills.

- Experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.

- Proficiency in electrical work, including troubleshooting and repairs.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD for reading and interpreting technical drawings and diagrams.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Strong customer service skills.

Pay: $ $32.00 per hour
