As a Service Advisor you are an expert at assisting clients and team members to ensure client satisfaction with our services. You are skilled at developing and achieving strategic initiatives on time and delegating tasks. You are a humbly confident team player with an eagerness to learn and help your teammates grow.  

As a Service Advisor with Autobahn Fort Worth, you will be responsible for: 

  • Greeting clients and performing vehicle inspections and repair order recommendations
  • Consulting technicians about needed repairs and presenting clients with repair options to maintain the vehicle per OEM recommendations
  • Answering client questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary
  • Presenting clients with insurance and warranty options for better coverage and potential savings
  • Overseeing and managing the service center's scheduling and workflow
  • Informing clients of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up

Qualifications:  

  • Engineering and mechanical experience
  • Automobile industry experience and ability to problem solve
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record & valid driver's license
  • Willing to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
