POSITION SUMMARY
ECRI is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the accounting department team. The individual will be a "go getter", strong team player and communicator whose values aligns with ECRI's. The Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist will provide Accounts Receivable support and data entry activities for the accounting department directly reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager. The individual will have high visibility to Finance leadership.

Essential Functions
Prepare daily deposit and maintain daily cash log.
Prepare monthly cash receipt documents.
Invoice processing/management for membership orders and consulting contracts.
Review Accounts Receivable dunning invoices on a weekly basis.
Prepare/send account statements as requested.
Create 'proforma' invoices for foreign clients.
Monitor emails in two billing email boxes.
Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve operational issues as they relate to billings and collections.
Complete task in CRM for orders that required changes to make sure the information is updated in NetSuite.
Basic knowledge of contracts – will be reviewing agreements for orders submitted in CRM for invoicing.
Maintain effort code list for consulting projects.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
5 or more years of related experience.
Knowledge of Accounting processes and systems, including GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
Experience in NetSuite and CRM software systems is required.
Demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively work with functional departments outside of Finance.
World-class organizational skills, encompassing an extremely high attention to detail required, a strong ownership-ethic, and intense focus on accuracy and accountability.
A self-starter who is also a team player with demonstrated abilities to collaborate effectively across the business
Education:
Minimum of an Accounting Associates Degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
Computer Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Intermediate Level Excel and Word skills

POSITION COMPENSATION
The salary range for new employees in this position is $55, $62,352.55, based on background, experience, and skills. In addition, new employees in this position are eligible for all of our benefit offerings, including, but not limited to, health and welfare benefits, 403(B) retirement savings, and paid time off (PTO).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position operates in a remote environment and requires the individual to remain in a stationary position, whether sitting or standing, before a desk or other fixed workspace, most of their workday. In addition, this position requires the individual to occasionally move about their workspace to access and inspect work-related materials, such as file cabinets with physical files and standard office equipment. This position requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, including, but not limited to, a laptop, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and phone, as well as effectively communicate information and ideas to a wide variety of audiences in written and oral form.
