About the Role:

Part Time General Labor position based in PF - Holland, Indiana, is designed to support various operational tasks essential to maintaining and enhancing our Dairy Plant Operation This role primarily focuses on assisting with physical labor activities such as equipment handling, site preparation, and maintenance duties that contribute to the overall productivity and safety manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure that daily tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of safety practices.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the PF - Holland, Indiana work location.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing labor roles.
  • Familiarity with the operation of basic hand tools and light machinery.
  • Strong work ethic with a demonstrated ability to work independently when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate hand tools safely to aid in manufacturing preparation and upkeep.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for self and team members.

Skills:

The required skills such as physical stamina and safety awareness are essential for performing daily labor-intensive tasks safely and efficiently. Candidates will use their ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively to support team goals and maintain operational flow. Preferred skills like experience with hand tools  enhance the quality and safety of work performed, allowing for greater independence and responsibility.
