Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative TikTok Influencer to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will leverage their social media expertise to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences, enhances brand visibility, and drives online engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape brand presence on one of the fastest-growing social media platforms, utilizing a variety of marketing skills including SEO, content marketing, and multichannel strategies. The TikTok Influencer will collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and sales teams to craft compelling campaigns that align with overall business objectives.

Duties

  • Create and produce high-quality, engaging TikTok videos that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
  • Develop innovative content strategies utilizing trending topics, hashtags, and platform features to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Optimize content for discoverability through SEO best practices specific to TikTok's algorithm.
  • Manage and grow the TikTok account by analyzing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate TikTok campaigns with broader multichannel marketing efforts including Facebook Advertising, email marketing, and print advertising.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for editing videos and creating visual assets when necessary.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and fostering community interaction.
  • Monitor advertising sales opportunities through TikTok campaigns and contribute to performance marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in managing budgets for content production and advertising campaigns while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a social media influencer or content creator with a strong portfolio of TikTok videos demonstrating creativity and engagement.
  • Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, multichannel marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, B2B marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce, and product management.
  • Strong copywriting skills along with research capabilities to identify trending topics and audience interests.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a creative mindset focused on innovative storytelling through short-form video content. This role is perfect for a passionate digital marketer who thrives on creativity and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
