TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Construction Manager for our team We are seeking an experienced and dynamic 5G Wireless Construction Manager to oversee the construction and deployment of 5G wireless infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of wireless systems, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage 5G construction projects from inception to completion. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Site Acquisition and Permitting: Oversee the site acquisition process, including negotiating leases, securing permits, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Construction Oversight: Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Vendor Management: Select, contract, and manage subcontractors and vendors. Ensure that all parties meet project deadlines and deliverables.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and performance of the 5G infrastructure. Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
- Budget Management: Monitor and control project costs to ensure completion within budget. Approve expenditures and manage financial reporting.
- Coordination and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure that all construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, permits, inspection reports, and change orders
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years in wireless telecommunications and 5G projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of 5G technology, wireless infrastructure, and construction practices. Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects. PMP or similar certification is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Experience leading diverse teams of contractors, vendors, and internal staff.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to anticipate issues and develop proactive solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Financial Acumen: Strong budget management and financial reporting skills.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools, and MS Office Suite.
