About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team and drive the development of our cutting-edge technology solutions. As the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire engineering process, from design to implementation, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will work closely with other departments to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions that meet those needs. Your leadership and technical expertise will be critical to the success of our company.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on technical leadership and management
• Experience with Docker, Redis, Mongodb, Java Programming Language, and Devops
• Strong understanding of product design and machine learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the Business Services industry
• Experience with tooling and automation
• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with agile development methodologies

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Collaborate with other departments to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions that meet those needs
• Oversee the entire engineering process, from design to implementation, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software engineering, and apply that knowledge to improve our products and processes
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
