PeopleSoft Business Systems Analyst

Our client, an organization dedicated to higher education and institutional excellence, is seeking a PeopleSoft Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a PeopleSoft Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the IT support and systems optimization department supporting the campus solutions team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Provide advanced functional and technical analysis, configuration, and support for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and its integrations with third-party systems.
• Lead or support projects including Civitas integrations, RSI configuration updates, and other institutional initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, assess system capabilities, and recommend effective solutions.
• Conduct data analysis, testing, and validation for new configurations and integrations.
• Document business processes, functional designs, and testing results to ensure clarity and consistency.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions in a functional or analytical role.
• Strong understanding of higher education business processes and workflows.
• Ability to analyze, configure, and document complex system workflows effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
