We are looking for a Greeter to join our team The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented and takes pride in providing a memorable experience for every guest.
What You'll Do:
  • Hold yourself accountable for achieving established guest service standards and strive to exceed every guest's expectation.
  • Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable and manage waitlists efficiently, demonstrating strong customer communication skills.
  • Work closely with your supervisor to achieve or exceed expectations, understanding and fulfilling the expectations of the Host/Hostess position.
  • Treat the restaurant as if it were your own, taking pride in its appearance, atmosphere, and customer experience.
  • Assist in providing a safe and healthy environment for all guests and fellow associates, adhering to safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
  • Assist with other related duties as assigned by management to support overall resort operations and guest satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
  • High School or Equivalent degree.
  • Top-notch customer service skills in person and on the phone.
  • Standing and walking more than 50% of the time.
  • Ability to work in an outside, non-climate-controlled environment, which includes heat, sun, cold, and rainy conditions.
  • The ability to lift or carry upwards of 20 pounds.
  • Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment.
Restaurant Environments:
Lah De Dah Restaurant: Our beachfront sports bar right on the sandy shores of Fort Myers Beach. This is an open-air, fast-paced beach bar with garage doors, ocean breezes, and non-stop energy. This restaurant is located on the first floor, with the kitchen located on the second floor; using stairs will be a part of your daily tasks.
License to Chill Restaurant: Located on the sunset terrace, you can see the view of Fort Myers Beach at any time of day with an upbeat and beachy vibe. This open-air venue runs from breakfast through late night, serving casual bites, cocktails, and live music.
5 O'clock Somewhere Bar: Located inside the Fins Up Beach Club, this beachside bar is all about good vibes, fresh coastal eats, and tropical cocktails. This poolside bar is served with a view of the Gulf, a soundtrack of live music, and the most fun and energetic spots on property. The kitchen is just above our bar with stairs and elevator access.
JWB Grill: As part of the JWB team, you'll be working in a setting that values casual sophistication and genuine hospitality. Located on the second floor, JWB offers stunning Gulf views, a chef-driven menu featuring fresh seafood and prime steaks, and a high-energy atmosphere that feels both polished and relaxed.
