In This RoleYou will work as a UX/UI Developer focused on accelerating AI-assisted UX prototyping and internal UX tooling. You'll collaborate closely with designers and researchers to translate agentic UX patterns into functional prototypes, develop reusable internal tools, and contribute to a shared platform of agentic UX assets and patterns.
Responsibilities
- Partner with designers and researchers to rapidly prototype agentic and AI-powered UX flows (multi-turn, reasoning, fallbacks, orchestration) using tools such as Figma, Lovable, and Copilot Studio.
- Build and iterate interactive prototypes for research, demos, and engineering handoff.
- Develop reusable internal UX tooling, including Figma plugins and lightweight UX automation scripts/agents (e.g., design critique helpers, pattern suggestions, flow scaffolding).
- Maintain and help host a shared internal Agentic UX space that centralizes patterns, prototypes, and research insights.
- Contribute examples, patterns, and reusable assets to the shared Agentic UX Platform, including documentation and workflows.
- Document implementations and provide knowledge transfer to ensure reuse beyond the engagement.
- Adhere to security and compliance requirements for internal tooling and data handling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, HCI, or related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX engineering or development.
- 5+ years of experience in JavaScript/front-end development (including Figma plugins or similar).
- 2+ years of experience with AI-assisted development and LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI preferred).
- Strong experience building functional design prototypes and internal AI-powered tools.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and rapid prototyping tools.
- Excellent collaboration skills with designers and researchers in fast iteration cycles.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
- Portfolio requirement: Minimum of 2 projects (ideally 3) showcasing coded prototypes and examples of AI/GPT model integration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure OpenAI.
- Experience developing Figma plugins.
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio or similar AI-powered rapid prototyping tools.
- Background in creating reusable UX tooling and agentic UX patterns.
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
