Job Description:

As a Paid Social Ads Specialist at SEO Locale, you'll:

  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Write and design compelling ad creatives that drive measurable results.
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance to improve ROI and client satisfaction.
  • Assist with organic social media management — including posting, content scheduling, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with our SEO and content teams to align social efforts with broader marketing goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in paid social, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience managing paid social ad campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and other social ad platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of organic social media strategy and content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret analytics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to test and iterate for better performance.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow in digital marketing.
