Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee and enhance our quality assurance processes within our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems that comply with industry standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant standards. This role requires strong leadership in quality management, conducting quality audits, and ensuring product excellence through rigorous inspection and continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control and assurance programs aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and other applicable standards.
- Oversee quality inspection processes across all manufacturing stages to ensure products meet specified quality criteria.
- Manage quality systems documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records to support compliance and traceability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management initiatives to integrate quality considerations into new product development and process improvements.
- Analyze data from inspections and audits to identify trends, root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance on quality management principles to staff at all levels.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies by preparing for inspections and maintaining certification standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA/QC processes through analysis skills and innovative problem-solving techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards including ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and related quality systems.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough quality audits and inspections with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for process improvements.
- Effective project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams on quality initiatives.
Exceptional communication skills to train staff, report findings, and collaborate with regulatory agencies.
Relevant certifications in quality management or auditing are preferred. This position offers an opportunity to lead quality initiatives that directly impact product safety and customer satisfaction while working in a dynamic manufacturing environment committed to excellence.

Pay: $45, $55,000.00 per year
