At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. This position is for the new Gull RD location, exact opening date is TBD, projected February 2026.

Position Type:

  • Part-time (Min 15 hours, Max 30 Hours)

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Smile

  • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
