We're looking for an energetic and compassionate Occupational Therapist who's driven to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families. As an OT, you'll empower individuals to build independence, confidence, and essential life skills through creative, hands-on therapy. Every session is a chance to spark growth, celebrate milestones, and be a part of something truly life-changing.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver fun, effective, and individualized treatment plans that help clients gain independence in everyday tasks.
  • Use creativity and clinical expertise to support the development of fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, self-care, and emotional regulation.
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic and consistent care.
  • Track progress through clear documentation and adjust strategies as needed to maximize outcomes.
  • Create a positive, motivating environment where every child feels seen, supported, and celebrated.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and growth opportunities to continuously improve your craft and impact.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in the state or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Passion for working with children and families, especially those with developmental differences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, encourage, and connect.
  • Skilled in adapting therapy to meet diverse client needs in creative and playful ways.
  • Comfortable collaborating in a team-based setting and receiving/giving feedback.
  • Driven by purpose, heart, and a desire to truly make a difference every single day.
