Job Summary:

This position is responsible for administrative and clinical duties delegated by the medical staff. The duties of the Medical Assistant vary from office to office based on size and specialty of the practice. Performs various front office and back office patient care duties. More specifically, this position will assist with flow of patients from the waiting area to exam rooms and perform preparatory work on patients to ensure efficient use of the physician's time.

Status: Per Diem Shift : Variable

Hours: 8am-6pm Variable

Job Essentials:

  • MA/MR experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills, ability to multi-task and work well with others required.
    Spanish or Korean speaking a plus.

Education Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or GED required.
    Graduate of an accredited MA program required.

License/Certification/Registry:

CMA/RMA/CPCT required.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
