Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical to join our team. The facility has 24 beds with a patient ratio of 1:6, catering to all age groups. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a comprehensive hospital with advanced surgical services and a 24-hour emergency department.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical unit.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Must have a valid RN license in Virginia.
  • BLS and NIH certifications required (HWC available on-site).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical Surgical setting is required; 2+ years preferred.
