Part Time Inventory Control Specialist (Cycle Counter) – Indianapolis

What You'll Do:

You'll play a vital role in keeping our facility clean, safe, and running smoothly. From warehouse floors to common areas and dock doors, you'll help maintain the high standards that keep operations moving - and inspections passing. In This Role You'll:

  • Audit customer orders for selection accuracy. (60%)
  • Perform physical cycle counts. (15%)
  • Investigate inventory variances and recommend corrective action. (10%)
  • Input cycle count information. (5%)
  • Request of perform inventory request. (5%)
  • Monitor and notify management of discrepancies. (5%)
  • Slotting and slot audits Phase in/phase out of items
  • Purchase order verification Processing of damaged product

What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related role
  • Solid math and data entry skills, along with strong organization and problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership
  • Confidence using Excel or other inventory tracking tools
  • Comfort lifting up to 75 pounds and working in chilled, dry, or frozen zones

The Schedule & Setting:

  • 10AM - 5PM
  • Wednesday - Saturday
  • Temperature-controlled warehouse setting

Pay & Benefits:

  • $22.00/hour
  • Weekly pay (every Friday)
