Stability Technology is seeking a senior employment litigator (Plaintiff side)

to join a small, tight-knit firm in Costa Mesa, California. The role is designed to

take over and lead the employment law department, which currently handles

100+ active cases, including several multi-million dollar matters.

This is a high-impact, leadership-track position for someone with deep litigation

experience who can operate independently and immediately contribute. The firm is

lean by design, and the new hire must be ready to work hard, own their caseload,

and grow with the practice.

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable Requirements)

  • 6+ years of employment litigation experience (slight flexibility for the right
  • candidate)
  • Strong command of wage & hour law, including class actions and PAGA
  • Strong command of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful
  • termination claims
  • Proven ability to draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and
  • manage litigation end-to-end
  • Experience with demand letters, agency proceedings, and ideally trial
  • work
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to lead the department and oversee case strategy
  • Recent writing sample required with submission

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred but Optional)

 Trial experience or second-chair exposure

 Business development interest or aptitude

 Familiarity with California-specific employment law nuances

 Ability to supervise junior staff or paralegals

 Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
