Job Title: Project Associate, Operations

Reports to: Project Manager

Position Overview:

The Project Associate will be key to facilitating the transition process. The primary focus of the position is to help organize, document, pack and carry out the plan for each client's special needs. Each associate will need to work closely with the Project Manager and coworkers to deliver the final product in an efficient and timely manner while being kind, energetic and helpful to each client.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Understand the tasks involved in the finished project
  • Determine daily projects and goals
  • Bring supplies provided
  • Maintain team communication (individual and group tasks daily, sharing knowledge,…)
  • Use personal phone technology to carry out onsite tasks
  • Maintain onsite progress according to the strategic plan
  • Document and email personal daily hours and tasks performed

Candidate Requirements:

  • Demonstrated desire to deliver excellent service
  • Ability to understand and carry out simple instructions
  • Exceptional follow up skills and commitment
  • The ability to thrive in a group environment
  • A self-starting, team-oriented person focused on consistently delivering high quality results
  • The ability to contribute and foster creative ideas
  • Computer and cell phone skills: must be adept for use in daily record keeping and documentation

Travel

Local travel is required to conduct the duties and responsibilities of this position.

Compensation

Commensurate with the responsibilities and duties described above, an hourly salary for permanent part-time or full-time work will be determined subject to prior achievements and length of service. Employer-sponsored employee benefits include access only group insurance.

Necessary work tools will be provided including wrapping supplies, car protection pads, simple moving aids
