An UHNW family in the Coral Gables area of Florida is seeking an exceptional
EHK/Lead Housekeeper
to oversee and mentor a world-class housekeeping team within a large, multi-structure waterfront estate. This newly established property offers a rare workplace environment—positive, team-driven, autonomous, and deeply respectful of privacy. The ideal candidate is warm, grounded, and professional, with impeccable boundaries and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of household care. They bring leadership, systems thinking, and hands-on capability, thriving in a dynamic estate where flexibility and discretion are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a housekeeping team of 2–3 Housekeepers, including recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff as the estate grows.
  • Establish and maintain SOPs, checklists, cleaning schedules, and organized "zones" across six structures.
  • Provide hands-on housekeeping as needed, ensuring exceptional care for high-end finishes, fine fabrics, marine materials, and custom interiors.
  • Oversee deep cleaning rotations, inventory management, wardrobe care, packing/unpacking, and organization.
  • Ensure the entire estate remains consistently guest-ready, including preparing rooms, amenities, and coordinating with other departments for arrivals and events.
  • Assist with meal service, table settings, and event preparation when required.
  • Coordinate vendors and collaborate seamlessly with the facilities, property management, and culinary teams.
  • Utilize estate technology, apps, and digital platforms to support communication, scheduling, and operations in a highly tech-forward environment.
  • Uphold the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and service, anticipating needs and maintaining smooth daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience as an Executive Housekeeper, Lead Housekeeper, or Chief Stewardess.
  • Warm, grounded, and professional demeanor with impeccable discretion.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-minded.
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
  • Experience managing and training a team members.
  • Expert knowledge of non-toxic cleaning products, luxury surface care, and fine fabrics.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using tasking systems, apps, and digital communication tools.
  • Thrives in a positive, autonomous, drama-free team environment.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to anticipate needs in a dynamic household.
  • Clean background check and fully verifiable references required.

Location:
Coral Gables, FL

Compensation:
$120,000–$150,000 DOE + Exceptional Benefits & Perks

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, with flexibility (weekends/holidays as needed)
