Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager specializing in Electrical Construction to oversee and manage large-scale commercial and industrial projects across the U.S. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in dynamic environments, drive project success, and make significant contributions to our clients' business goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong background in electrical systems, project management, and construction best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timeline adherence.

  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

  • Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and on-site personnel.

  • Oversee procurement of materials, tools, and equipment in line with project specifications.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and company standards.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues effectively to avoid delays or cost overruns.

  • Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.

  • Foster a positive working relationship with all project stakeholders and team members.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in the electrical construction industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, building codes, and construction processes.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or equivalent).

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel as needed.
