About the Role

Peak American Investment Advisors is seeking a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Content Creator & AI Video Assistant to elevate how our organization communicates, trains, and engages teams across the firm. This role blends content creation, video production, digital collaboration, and internal communications to support our marketing and training efforts.

What You'll Do

Content Creation & Curation

  • Leverage AI to assist in developing and refining ad content, internal messaging, and training materials.
  • Plan, create, and curate content for internal communication channels to enhance learning and engagement.
  • Curate internal and external learning resources and integrate them into company platforms.

Video Production & Training Support

  • Edit, design, and support the production of short-form training and communication videos.
  • Work with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into engaging instructional modules.
  • Support both live and asynchronous training initiatives across the organization.

Graphic Design & Visual Communication

  • Create visually compelling graphics, slide decks, and infographics to support marketing, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Produce clean, branded visual assets that reflect Peak American's professional standards.

Digital Collaboration & Platforms

  • Build and maintain SharePoint sites and pages, supporting layout, content structure, navigation, and permissions.
  • Promote modern digital collaboration practices and assist departments in adopting effective workflows.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, HeyGen, Envato, Canva, analytics tools, Microsoft products, CapCut, and video editing software.
  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or internal communications.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for diverse audiences.
  • Experience using AI to create or enhance training and communication content.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clean, professional design and visual content.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience building or managing SharePoint sites.
  • Strong understanding of modern digital collaboration practices and corporate communication needs.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, training, IT, leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
