Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday in Office 9:00AM- 5:30PM

Job Description:

● Provides direct support to the Project Manager in coordinating and overseeing mobile home projects from purchase through delivery, setup, and customer completion.

● Involves communication with customers, vendors, installers, and internal departments to ensure each home is delivered, installed, and finalized on schedule and within budget.

● Assist the Project Manager with scheduling home deliveries, installations, and inspections.

● Track project timelines and update project status reports.

● Ensure all required permits, inspections, and utility hookups are obtained and scheduled.

● Coordinate between sales, service, transport, and set-up crews to maintain project flow.

● Help verify that homes are properly set, leveled, and completed to customer satisfaction.

● Prepare and maintain project files, documentation, and checklists.

● Update CRM or project management software with current project details.

● Assist with ordering materials and tracking delivery status.

● Manage and follow up on warranty or service requests related to ongoing projects.

● Help the Project Manager with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.

● Serve as a point of contact for customers during the project process.

● Provide project updates, schedule changes, and completion confirmations.

● Support customer walkthroughs and ensure completion punch lists are fulfilled.

● Communicate job details to transporters, contractors, and service technicians.

● Confirm scheduling and verify completion of contractor tasks.

● Assist with contractor billing and verifying work completion before payment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred).
  • Previous experience of 1 year in construction, mobile home setup, or project coordination required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency with Google (g mail, docs, sheets, etc.)
  • Ability to read and interpret site plans.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
