About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Hair Stylist Assistant to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about learning, thrives in a luxury salon environment, and wants to grow their career alongside top stylists in Miami.

You'll work closely with our team of professionals, assisting with daily operations to ensure each client has an exceptional salon experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist stylists with color preparation, shampooing, blow drying, and client services
  • Maintain salon cleanliness and organization throughout the day
  • Prepare stations, bowls, and tools for each appointment
  • Support front desk with guest hospitality (coffee, water, etc.)
  • Manage laundry and towel rotation
  • Learn about our professional haircare brands and treatment protocols
  • Ensure smooth transitions between clients and stylists

Qualifications

  • Previous salon experience or cosmetology student (preferred but not required)
  • Passion for the beauty industry and eagerness to learn
  • Team player with strong communication and organization skills
  • Fluent or conversational in English, with Spanish and/or Portuguese as a plus
  • Ability to work Monday to Saturday and Holiday Season.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
