Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and General Manager by updating customer requests and handling changes.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely sorting and distribution.
• Prepare and maintain outgoing customer orders for the transportation department.
• Keep accurate records of customer requests and invoices in the database.
• Assist with special projects using Microsoft Office applications.
• Monitor and replenish inventory of office supplies and equipment as needed.
• Act as a liaison between Plant Managers, drivers, and employees for effective communication.
• Perform data entry, adjust customer orders, and maintain daily filing systems.
• Support billing functions and correspondence tasks with high attention to detail.
• Handle additional clerical duties as assigned to meet operational needs
• Entry-level candidates or recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Office Suite applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Friendly and detail-oriented demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Creole is a strong advantage.
