We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Director of Catering & Events to lead and grow a thriving high-end catering and events business in NYC. This is a fully on-site role based in the Union Square area—the ideal candidate must be present to oversee operations, manage sales, and ensure flawless event execution.

We manage a diverse portfolio of private event spaces in prime NYC locations, offering elegant settings for corporate gatherings, private celebrations, and high-end dining experiences. Our venues range from intimate speakeasies to expansive loft-style spaces, each designed to create unforgettable moments.

Our Italian-inspired catering is at the heart of what we do, with handcrafted menus, locally sourced ingredients, and dedicated chefs preparing dishes fresh on-site. We pride ourselves on seamless hospitality and a curated wine program tailored for every event.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Expand the Business – Develop a strategy to grow the catering and events operation, securing high-end corporate and private clients.

Sales & Lead Generation – Manage inquiries, drive new business, and oversee the conversion of leads into successful events.

Manage Catering Operations – Monitor service quality, space management, and overall event execution.

Execute Events When Needed – To ensure top-tier service, the Director must be ready to step in and oversee execution.

Client Relationship Management – Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and VIP customers.

Operational Excellence – Ensure smooth execution of catering services while maintaining profitability.

Financial Oversight – Set and manage sales targets, control costs, and maximize revenue.

Team Leadership – Train and mentor the event manager and broader team to elevate performance.

Ideal Candidate:

5+ years of experience in high-end catering and events management

Strong background in sales, event planning, and execution

Proven ability to grow an events business while actively executing high-profile events

Excellent leadership and client management skills

Experience with corporate events, private dining, and high-end hospitality in NYC

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities

Strong customer relationship and business development skills

Must be available to work on-site at our Union Square office (this is not a remote position)
