Job Summary

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented Warehouse Sorters to support our fast-paced logistics operations. This role is responsible for accurately scanning, sorting, and routing packages from various retailers using RF scanners, ensuring accuracy, speed, and adherence to operational standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable working in physically demanding environments, and committed to maintaining high productivity levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull, pack, and fill daily orders per company standards, ensuring equipment is correctly prepared for shipment or staging.
  • Check out rental equipment using barcode scanners or manual entry systems.
  • Label cases accurately with order information (order number, customer, date, show name) and deliver the items to staging areas by specified times.
  • Receive and inspect returned equipment, check items into service if they fail prep standards, and store or package items not needed immediately.
  • Conduct periodic inventory counts, report discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area; return tools and supplies to proper storage each shift.
  • Assist with warehouse and cross-departmental projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Essential Qualifications & Attributes:

  • Capability of lifting over 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday.
  • Basic computer skills (experience with barcode scanning, Excel, Word, inventory systems).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Good teamwork, a positive attitude, and ability to assist wherever needed.
