What You Will Be Doing
As a
Business Analyst II
, you will conduct detailed analysis and reporting to support operations for payment networks.

• Perform research and analysis to support network operations and share findings with leadership
• Design and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Complete and file reports by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate billing is forecasted, executed, documented, monitored, and reconciled
• Manage and update designated databases and reference tables to maintain data integrity and support operational needs
• Address inquiries from internal stakeholders providing timely and accurate information as appropriate
• May support occasional special projects

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science/information systems, related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
• Typically, 4 or more years of domestic debit network experience
• Understanding of electronic funds transfer (EFT) technology utilized in payment card operations
• Knowledge of the financial services industry and basic financial analysis principles and ratios
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in MS Excel VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, and other functions
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
• Resourceful and proactive in gathering information, sharing ideas, and driving solutions

Added Bonus If You Have

• Demonstrated knowledge of FIS card payment products and services
• Direct work experience with Microsoft Access in designing queries and advanced tables
• Skilled in creating Microsoft Excel macros
