Job Summary

Primarily responsible for directing all guests to the appropriate department, whether in person or by phone, as the first point of contact for the Home Office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Greeting all guests upon arrival in a friendly professional manner.· Gather guest information and contact the appropriate department to assist.· Answer switchboard calls in a timely and professional manner.· Inquire into the reason for the call and direct them to the appropriate department.· Use Cisco software to verify recipient's availability before call transfers.· Review scanned service documentation to verify accuracy before shredding.· Participate in department projects as needed.

Position Requirements

Education, Knowledge & Experience

· High School diploma or equivalent; one year of office/mailroom experience preferred.

· Experience with a PC and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).

· Thorough working knowledge of Cisco phone or other phone software preferred.

Work Conditions

· Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.

· Office-based.

Work conditions include standing, lifting, bending, stooping, and reaching
