Kompose Hotel Sarasota is looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team. If you're passionate about creating welcoming guest experiences and love the morning shift, we'd love to have you onboard.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet to ensure it is fully stocked, fresh, and visually appealing.
  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with any breakfast-related questions or needs.
  • Monitor food levels and replenish items promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including wiping down tables, cleaning spills, and emptying trash.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
  • Assist with breakdown and cleanup of the breakfast area after service.

What We're Looking For:

  • A friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Dependable and punctual, with early morning availability (shifts typically begin around 5:30 AM).
  • Previous food service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
