About the Role

We're seeking a hands-on, organized, and dependable Property Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our structured recovery housing program.

This position serves as the right hand to the Program Supervisor, ensuring consistent communication, clean and compliant properties, and strong accountability among residents and staff.

The ideal candidate is experienced in property or operations management and understands the importance of 12-Step recovery principles in maintaining a healthy, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison between the Program Supervisor and House Seniors (one per house) to carry out all directives.
  • Perform and document urinalysis (UAs) to ensure resident accountability and compliance.
  • Conduct curfew checks and maintain daily compliance records.
  • Complete property inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and organization.
  • Communicate with House Seniors to address resident needs, maintenance issues, and policy adherence.
  • Conduct tours for new and potential residents, creating a welcoming first impression.
  • Manage admissions and intake paperwork and coordinate with leadership on all new entries.
  • Assist in discharges, helping the Program Supervisor maintain smooth transitions.
  • Upload and maintain resident information in the CRM system (training provided).
  • Use Mac computers daily; must be comfortable with technology and data entry.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Provide operational updates and follow through on assigned tasks from the Program Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in property management, residential operations, or behavioral health housing preferred.
  • Knowledge of 12-Step programs required; personal or professional experience with 12-Step recovery strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance.
  • Working knowledge of computers, particularly Mac systems.
  • Must be organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple properties at once.
  • Background check required.
