We're seeking a dependable, hardworking Groundskeeper/Maintenance Worker to join our team in Dania Beach. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping the property clean, safe, and beautiful while enjoying hands-on work outdoors. Training is available for motivated individuals with a good work ethic and willingness to learn.Responsibilities:
Maintain common areas and blow leaves from walkways
Wipe down and organize pool furniture daily
Remove trash and debris from common areas, parking lots, and walkways
Perform light maintenance including painting, pressure washing, and small repairs
Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs
Assist with loading/unloading supplies, tools, and materials as needed
Maintain and clean equipment, tools, and work areas
Report safety hazards, damage, or needed repairs to Management promptly
Follow all OSHA and EPA guidelines regarding equipment and chemical use
Full-Time Tuesday- Friday 7:30am-4pm and Saturday 7am-11am
Pay Scale: $20
